Preferences

Preferences let you tailor ExpenzX to the way you work: your display currency, theme, and financial year window.

Currency

Choose the display currency ExpenzX uses across your dashboard, transactions, reports, and exports. ExpenzX supports multiple currencies and normalises values using exchange rates, so everything stays consistent even if you record transactions in different currencies.

Theme

Switch between light and dark mode to suit your preference and environment. Your choice is remembered for next time.

Financial year window

Decide how ExpenzX defines your year for reporting:

  • Calendar year - runs January 1 to December 31.
  • Fiscal year - starts on a month and day you choose, for finances that don't follow the calendar.
