Profile & Subscription

Your Profile is where you manage your account details and subscription plan.

Your profile

Your profile information comes straight from your Google account:

• Name
• Email address
• Profile picture

Because sign-in is handled by Google, there's no password to manage inside ExpenzX.

Managing your subscription

From your profile you can see your current plan — Free, Pro, or Premium — and change it whenever you like:

• Upgrade to unlock receipt scanning, budgets, recurring transactions, or document storage.
• Manage billing through the secure Stripe customer portal — update payment details, view invoices, or cancel.

When changes take effect

• Upgrades apply immediately — new features unlock right away.
• Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep your features until then.

Signing out

Use Log Out in the sidebar to end your session securely on any device.
